Administrative Staff MWB's administrative staff include the Base Web Liaison (BWL) , the Base Public Relations Officer (BPR), the Base Recruitment Officer (BRO), the Base Archivist (BA) and the Base Regional Captains (RC). The BWL is responsible for maintaining the Base's website. The BRO and CO are responsible for maintaining the member roster both here at www.midwestbase.com and with the Rebel Legion. Any and all member information changes, corrections, and additions go through the BRO or CO. The BRO is also responsible for mentoring new members and answering any costume related questions.The BPR position is responsible for maintaining materials for public information and distribution including the publication of the base newsletter. The BA is responsible for maintaining the Base's Photo Album with Photos from all MWB events in all 5 states.
